Another old soldier gone. Ex KOYLI/LI Ray Wilson. Many in attendance to give one of our brothers the send off he deserved. Thank you to those old friends travelling down from Yorkshire and afar to be there for him. Standards flying. Buglers sounding. Old and young contributing to an emotional farewell. We finished the service with "No more parades" as Ray's final call. The Buglers Association doing what we do best. Stan Wilkinson. Don Somers. John Henry. You did him proud. RIP Ray. Stand down old soldier your duty is done. Thank you. Written by John Henry Plumridge.
