Last Post was sounded by Pete Bate of the Light Division and Rifles Buglers Association during which the Standards were dipped, Binyon was read by local resident, KOYLI Association member and South Kirkby British Legion member Eddie Robinson after which a minutes silence was observed.
In the evening Eddie and other members of the Regimental Association attended the Last Night of the Prom in the Grove Hall. It was an excellent night.
