It is with sadness that we have to report that Steven Savage late 1LI passed away on 22 Apr 2018 aged 66. The thoughts and condolences of all members of the Association are with Steven's family and friends at this very sad and difficult time.
I received a phone call on 15 May from Steven's son Paul to praise the Association staff for all the support given to him and his family members. He also wished to thank the Buglers Craig Rosser, Pete Bate and Kev Fawcett for their professionalism and smart turnout. I wish to add my thanks to Brian Clayton, Secretary of West Leeds Branch, for promptly redirecting the initial enquiry from a family member to the Association Secretary.
Your duty done and as the bugle sounds No More Parades take your place in the Final RV, Rest in peace. Cede Nullis.
