Mr Joseph Frank Chapman - Late KOYLI Band

It is with great sadness that I have to inform members that Mr Joseph Frank Chapman (known as Frank), late KOYLI Band passed away on 5 Jan 2022 aged 86.


Frank served as a member of the KOYLI Band and was an active member of the KOY/LI Band and Bugle Club. For a time Frank and his wife Phyllis host the Band and Bugle Club in there guest house.


Our thoughts and condolences at the sad time are with Frank's wife Phyllis, his family, and his many friends.


As the bugle sounds 'No More Parades' and you take your place in the band practise room, rest in peace Frank. Cede Nullis.


Association members are invited to the funeral and the wake. Buglers from the Veteran Buglers Association will sound Last Post and the KOYLI Regimental Standard will be paraded.
