It is with great sadness that I have to inform members that Mr Philip Thomas McDade, late KOYLI, and LI died on 25 May 2023 aged 75.
Our thoughts and condolences at the sad time are with Philip's family and friends.
As the bugle sounds 'No More Parades' and you take your place in the FRV,
your duty done with honour and distinction.
Rest in Peace Philip.
Cede Nullis.
Association members are invited to attend the ceremony and the Wake, details are:
Date and time of the funeral, and burial: 27 June 23 at 1215 pm.
Location: The Methodist Church 253 Barnsley Road, Wakefield, WF1 5NU; followed by a burial at Sugar Lane Cemetery, Doncaster Road, Wakefield. The Wake will be held at The Rollin Shack, Wakefield Trinity Ground on Doncaster Road. It was Phil's request that people wear Leeds United shirts or Wakefield Trinity shirts if they wish to.
The family have requested a Bugler, Standard Bearer or Coffin drape
