Mr Robert Leonard Gale - Late KOYLI


It is with great sadness that I have to inform members that Mr Robert Leonard Gale, late KOYLI and LI, died on 22 September 2023 aged 84.


Robert attained the rank of WO2. He was a member of the Battalions Signals.


Our thoughts and condolences at the sad time are with Robert's family and friends, and those association members who knew and served with him.


 

As the bugle sounds 'No More Parades' and you take your place in the FRV,

your duty done with honour and distinction.

Rest in Peace Robert.

Cede Nullis.

  • Donations in lieu of flowers in Robert's name to Warminster & District Stroke Club .

Anyone wishing to send cards or letters of condolence is requested to send them to the Rifles Regional Office at Minden House marked FAO family of Robert Lawson. Office staff will then forward them to the family.
