The RBL have reopened their portal for tickets for this years Remembrance Sunday Parade.

The registration site is now open again for all association leads to register the names of any additional participants that wish to march. The accreditation portal will close once the maximum capacity of 10,000 has been met, or on Friday 30 September (whichever happens first). We will be unable to accept any additional names after this date.

Our Association has been allocated a total of 10 tickets, of which only there are 7 tickets remaining. Please note, places will be issued on a first come first served basis.

Anyone wishing to attend should note that as you have to muster on Horse Guards Parade by 9.30am on 13 Nov you should plan to stay overnight in London on 12 Nov. Rail companies and Transport for London have offered free return travel, this is not guaranteed to always be the case and it is the responsibility of individuals to check with their rail ticket provider. London Black Taxis usually provide free taxis from London's main railway stations to Horse Guards Parade.

If you wish to apply for a ticket to participate in the email the Association Secretary at assnsecyorkshire@the-rifles.co.uk NOW with your full name and email address.

The Association Secretary will add your details to the RBL portal, when this has been done you will receive an email from the RBL with a link to complete the registration process. It is the individuals responsibility to action the RBL email, failure to complete the registration process will result in the RBL not allocating the individual a ticket.

This year the annual Royal British Legion Service of Remembrance will be held at the Cenotaph on Whitehall on Sunday, 13th November.

The British Legion has nominated our Association Office as the registration point for our Association members, and ex Rifles, Light Infantry, and KOYLI veterans from our area to apply for tickets to participate in the parade. We have been initially allocated 10 tickets for the parade.
